RTA Lettering

RTA, or "ready to apply" letters are customized to your measurements and specifications. RTA letters can be applied to nearly any smooth surface. Imagine any message or sign on a window, door, wall or floor. Applying the letters is simple. Scroll down this page to see step-by-step instructions for making your RTA letters look perfect.

Step 1
Clean the surface with a dry cloth, making sure all dirt and debris are cleared of the surface are. Draw a vertical center line and a horizontal guideline in the area where the letters will be placed.




Step 2
With the lettering face down, carefully peel the backing paper away from the transfer tape which holds the lettering.



Step 3
Place the taped letters on the prepared surface, using your guidelines to position them correctly. Lightly ”squeegee“ or press the lettering to force air bubbles from beneath them. Then ”squeegee“ more firmly to adhere the letters to the surface.



Step 4
Slowly and softly peel the transfer tape away, leaving the letters in place.
